A rising junior at UMBC majoring in chemistry, Ewa is a member of Dr. Rosenzweig’s lab. In the SCIART program, she is working with Dan Rowlands as a part of the chemistry team researching the methods of removing tarnish from gilded silver materials. In Fall 2018, she will start an independent undergraduate research project on graphene oxide quantum dots. Her long terms plans are to pursue a master’s degree in chemistry. She has also received the UMBC Chess Fellow Scholarship.
