Garrett Hill is a rising senior at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, his previous research experience ranges from exploring signaling transduction in filamentous fungi to investigating the molecular mechanisms behind genetic disorders. He is also interested in the world of art and art history and is excited to have the opportunity to explore the interface of his two passions through the SCIART program.
