Joshua is a recent UMBC chemistry graduate with an interest in using inorganic and computational chemistry as a method to develop energy harvesting and data storage compounds. Recently, he had the opportunity to perform research on phosphochalcogenides as 2D layered multiferroics. In the future, Josh would like to continue building upon his research and pursue a graduate degree as an inorganic or computational chemist. Outside of science, Josh enjoys playing video games, skateboarding, ice-skating, reading, and swimming. He is very excited to be part of the SCIART team for 2023 and make new friends as part of the team.
