Stacy Davis is a rising senior at Towson University in Towson, Maryland. She is majoring in forensic chemistry with a concentration in trace evidence and drug analysis. She plans to attend graduate school for Forensic Chemistry. This summer, she is working with Dr. Cynthia Wagner and Dr. Tracy Smith identifying origins of ivory using mitochondrial DNA from African and Asian elephants. At Towson, Stacy is a learning assistant for the chemistry for allied health professions class as well as a chemistry tutor. During her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and hiking.
